Executive Chef at Robson Communities

Adolfo Cabrera holds extensive culinary experience, currently serving as the Executive Chef at Robson Communities since October 2011, overseeing the grill at Quail Creek Country Club. In addition to this role, Cabrera has been a Chef Instructor at Pima Community College since January 2009, teaching Garde Manger and International Cuisine. Previous leadership roles include Chapter President of the Chef's Association of Southern Arizona from January 2011 to July 2013, and Executive Chef/F&B Director at Double Tree by Hilton Tucson Reid Park, where oversight of operations involved more than 110 food and beverage employees. Career progression includes positions at The Little America Hotel Flagstaff, Amara Resort, and Rio Rico Resort and Country Club, complemented by a strong educational background in Culinary Arts and Food Chemistry from prestigious institutions in Arizona and Mexico.
