About The Role

We are looking an experienced and driven Director of Partnerships to spearhead our partner strategy and drive revenue growth in new markets. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for managing a robust sales pipeline, identifying and converting high-growth prospects, and upselling to existing customers.

As Director of Partnerships you will:

  • Develop, manage, and expand relationships with partners that enhance our technology.
  • Work closely with VP of Sales and Account Executives to achieve revenue goals through indirect sales channels.
  • Collaborate with partnered organizations on strategy (Sales + Marketing), sales pipeline review, and maximizing the value of our partnerships.
  • Lead strategy and vision for Channel Partnerships, ensuring partners derive maximum value from our ecosystem and resources.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, from defining value propositions and objectives to deploying diverse partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Success teams to successfully deliver on channel initiatives with prospects and customers.
  • Track, report, and optimize partner engagement, pipeline conversion, and revenue generation, while building forecasts for Channel Partnerships.

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships and business deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex sales engagements.
  • Experience in selling to enterprise-level clients and managing large, complex accounts.
