Beatriz D'Oliveira

Beatriz D'Oliveira is an accomplished editor with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Currently serving as Editora de aquisições at Editora Rocco since September 2021, responsibilities include title acquisition, liaison with agents, and representation at national and international fairs. Prior to this role, Beatriz spent five years at Companhia das Letras as Editora de aquisições, where key achievements included revitalizing the Suma imprint and leading multi-team projects. Earlier experience includes positions as Editor Assistente at Editora Objetiva and various internships, including at Editora Record. Beatriz holds a degree in Literary Translation from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and has participated in additional educational programs, including training at the University of Chicago.
