Artanto Ishaam

Artanto Ishaam is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at Roche since September 2022, where responsibilities include supporting transformation initiatives and fostering a learning organization. As a Startup Coach since July 2021 at Startup Studio Indonesia, Artanto specializes in Agile team methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Agile Coach at iPrice Group Sdn Bhd, where a key achievement was achieving 99% employee awareness of the agile mindset, and Tech Talent Manager & Agile Coach at HappyFresh, where improvements in new hire quality were realized. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mozilla Representative, contributing to community projects and events, and engaging in various roles in project management and IT services at Beetlebox Indonesia, Ernst & Young, and Yahoo! Indonesia. Artanto holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Indonesia.
