Duglas Rodriguez-Calderon

Duglas Rodriguez-Calderon currently serves as the Global Head of LATAM Regulatory Policy at Roche since August 2021, focusing on global regulatory policy and intelligence. Prior to this role, Duglas worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from June 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included strategic regulatory management across Venezuela, Central America, and Caribbean countries, as well as leading the development of innovative regulatory strategies. Earlier experience includes various regulatory affairs management roles at Procter & Gamble from February 2011 to May 2016, where Duglas oversaw Latin American regulatory processes for multiple product categories, and a position as a Bioinformatics Analyst at SigmaSix C.A. from October 2009 to December 2010. Duglas holds a BS in Biology, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology from Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela and furthered education at the University of Tübingen.
