Emily Kennedy

Emily Kennedy is an accomplished legal operations professional with extensive experience in the legal field. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Operations at Roche since June 2020, Emily plays a key role in supporting the General Counsel and enhancing the operational effectiveness of the Legal Department. Previously, Emily held positions at Roche as Manager of Legal Operations and Senior Paralegal, providing proactive legal support across various complex issues. Prior to Roche, Emily spent nearly two decades at Ice Miller LLP, where responsibilities included paralegal support in Asbestos Litigation and Workers' Compensation, as well as serving as the Firm’s Paralegal Coordinator. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French, Political Science, and Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
