Enas Ayad

Enas Ayad is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and management. Currently serving as a Global Talent Strategy Partner at Roche since July 2013, Enas is involved in strategic pipelining and integrated workforce strategies within the People & Culture department. Enas previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Roche Egypt, focusing on Sales & Marketing, Finance & Business Services, and other domains. Prior roles include Senior HR Specialist and HR Specialist, as well as recruitment responsibilities at Cargill and early HR trainee positions at Schlumberger. Enas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and HR from The German University in Cairo, complementing a foundational education at Manor House School.
