Ramona Matheis

Ramona Matheis is a Senior Scientist at Roche, with experience in using immune-competent human liver models for drug safety applications since October 2014. Previous roles at Roche include Scientist in Investigative Safety and Industrial PhD Student focused on 3D liver systems in drug development. Prior to these roles, Matheis contributed as a Senior Associate, completing a Master Thesis on age-related disease modeling, and gained experience as a trainee at Roche Diagnostics and BC Cancer Agency, supporting diverse projects related to cellular models and genomic DNA processing. Matheis holds a PhD from ETH Zürich, a Master of Science from Uppsala University, and a Bachelor of Science from Hochschule Furtwangen.
