The Rochester Avon Recreation Authority(RARA) has been the standard in recreation services for the communities of Rochester, Rochester Hills, Oakland Township, and the greater area residents since 1946.

We service preschoolers to seniors and offer services in every recreational category from adaptive programs through visual arts enrichment.  You name it, we will try to offer it....if we don't already!
