Konstantin Mesch

Konstantin Mesch is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Currently serving at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery since 2013, Konstantin has previously held significant roles including Owner/General Manager/Executive Chef at Medizona Ethnic Restaurant Wine Bar and Night Club, where award-winning cuisine was developed, and Manager/Executive Chef at Vintage Market Restaurant Wine Bar and Night Club. Konstantin's background includes managing food and beverage functions at Hotel Teatrale in Russia and hands-on culinary experiences at La Siena. With an educational foundation that includes an MBA in Hospitality Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Classic Food Design and Preparation, Konstantin is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to explore diverse cuisines and flavors.
