Katherine Sanpere

Katherine Sanpere is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a robust background in project management, construction, and urban planning. Currently employed at Rock Companies since June 2020, Katherine previously served as a Commissioner on the City of Grosse Pointe Park Planning Commission from August 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included drafting and implementing the city master plan and overseeing zoning laws. Prior experience includes significant roles at Bedrock Detroit, managing large-scale mixed-use developments, and at JACK Entertainment, where Katherine led design and construction initiatives across multiple properties. Additional roles include leadership positions at the Detroit Athletic Club and FreemanGroup, along with foundational experience in front office management at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole. Katherine holds a Master's Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Old Dominion University.
