Maria Fernanda currently lead Rock's Customer organization, which combines the Marketplace & Professional Services, Customer Success and Account Development departments. Together these teams are responsible for delivering a seamless experience to customers worldwide, helping them make the most out of Rock's products and services in their marketing strategies.
She's also part of Rock's executive committee, holding accountability over results in NRR, expansion, revenue recognition and quality and efficiency-related operational goals.
