Lucas Tress is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in environmental health, safety, sustainability, and emergency medical services. Currently serving as an Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainability Intern at Marvell Technology, Lucas has led global renewable energy assessments and enhanced waste management practices. As Venue Manager for Rock Medicine at the Greek Theatre, Lucas oversees medical operations and event staffing, while also managing operations at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium and Fox Theater. Additional roles include serving as an Advanced Team Leader with the Marin County Sheriff's Office for search and rescue missions, and Social Media Manager for the National Mountain Rescue Association. Lucas's background includes geospatial climate risk analysis, research assistance at UC Berkeley, guiding outdoor adventures with REI, and coaching youth swim teams, exemplifying a strong commitment to safety, community service, and environmental stewardship.
