Priscilla Lightsey is an experienced professional in the field of physical therapy and equine-assisted services. Currently serving as an instructor at Texas A&M University since January 2018, Priscilla co-teaches a Biomedical Sciences class focused on Equine-Assisted Services. In parallel, Priscilla leads the Courtney Grimshaw Equine-Assisted Services Program, providing physical therapy through equine movement in collaboration with equines from TAMU Parson's Mounted Cavalry. As the founder of HOPE Beijing, an accredited NGO and registered non-profit organization, Priscilla has contributed significantly to the community since 2009. Additionally, Priscilla has been associated with the Ride on Center for Kids since 2000 as a physical therapist and certified therapeutic riding instructor. Priscilla holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas State University, a Master of Arts in Education from The University of New Mexico, and a Bachelor's degree in Education/Special Education from Texas A&M University.
