Brandon Willsie

Brandon Willsie has a diverse work experience history. Brandon started their career in 2009 as a Volunteer Outreach Intern at Ohio School for the Deaf, where they assisted in developing web-based resources and observed various outreach activities. In 2009, they also worked as a Behavior Specialist at Perspectives Corporation. In 2010, Brandon joined Rock Spot Climbing Gym as a Membership Service Coordinator and later progressed to the role of Operations Manager in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Regional Operations Manager, managing day-to-day operations for two indoor climbing gyms and supervising staff. Finally, they became the Director of Operations in 2015, providing policy planning and logistical support for four separate climbing gym locations along with administering and maintaining internal hardware and software.

Brandon Willsie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Criminal Justice at the University of Delaware from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Arts in Communication at The Ohio State University.
