Michael DeSarno has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael started their career as a General Manager at Red Lobster from 1996 to 2001. Michael then moved on to NVR, Inc., where they held various roles, including Project Manager, Construction Cost Manager, and Sales and Marketing, from 2002 to 2015. Following that, they joined The RADCO Companies ® as the Vice President of Construction and later served as the Executive Vice President of Construction from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Rock Spring Contracting, LLC, where they have held positions as Project Manager, Project Executive, and currently serves as the Vice President.
Michael DeSarno received their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Virginia Tech in 1996. Michael then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University in 2004.
