Nik Crossman has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. Nik started their career as a Private Equity Associate at Tech Coast Angels, where they performed financial analysis and managed operations during presentations. Nik then joined WebGreek as a Manager, FP&A, where they utilized user data to increase monthly recurring revenue and implemented efficient workflows to reduce the sales cycle. Nik later worked at QTC as an Operations Manager, where they customized the company-wide ERP system and developed a component capabilities database. Nik then joined Groopt as a Senior Manager, FP&A, and later served as the Director of Finance and Operations. At Groopt, they implemented the Objective and Key Results initiative and secured VC funding. After that, Nik worked at NerdWallet as a Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations, Analytics & Strategy, before joining Rockbot as the Director of Finance and later becoming the Sr. Director, Finance & BizOps. In their current role, they support strategic initiatives through data-informed decisions and drives the professional and personal growth of their team.

Nik Crossman started their education in 2004 at the University of Redlands, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Managerial Studies. Nik graduated from this institution in 2008. In the same year, they continued their education at the Drucker School of Management, where they earned a Master's Degree in Financial Engineering. During their time at Drucker, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program. In 2009, Nik Crossman attended the University of St.Gallen for a brief period, focusing on Quantitative Finance and earning an MS. Finally, in 2018, they pursued a 200-HR Yoga Teacher certification at Yoga Works, focusing on Health and Physical Education/Fitness.
