Amiko Glasford is a seasoned business development and operational leader with extensive experience in the social impact sector. Currently serving as a Business Development & Growth Leader at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors since 2023, Amiko focuses on creating digital products to provide virtual life coaching for youth. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Finance, Strategy, and Operations at The Future Project from 2019 to 2022, Amiko led initiatives to integrate life coaches into public high schools, fostering a national movement among young individuals. Amiko also held leadership positions at Future Laboratories, BBC, and C4QV, where the focus was on social impact, private equity, and entrepreneurial development.
