Bruce Conway

Bruce Conway, Ph.D. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the Black Family Therapeutic Development Fund at The Rockefeller University, Bruce Conway oversees the translation of basic research into therapeutic innovations and provides mentorship to Principal Investigators. Additionally, as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Fiddlehead Foundation, Bruce Conway fosters the NYC biotech ecosystem through education and project management for early-stage technologies. Previous roles include Founder and Principal of Conway Pharma Group Consulting, where strategic and operational enhancements for biotech start-ups were a focus, as well as Senior Director of Biology and Pharmacology at The Institute for Drug Discovery. Bruce Conway's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology and a post-doctoral fellowship in Biochemistry.
