Jill Horowitz

Jill Horowitz serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Operations at The Rockefeller University, where leadership focuses on implementing translational clinical trials for therapeutic antibodies against infectious diseases. Additionally, Jill holds the position of Program Director at the SNF Institute for Global Infectious Disease Research, overseeing programmatic and financial functions. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Licensing and CEO at BBS Nanotechnology, Vice President at Prescient Life Sciences, and Director of Business Development and Licensing at Pfizer. Jill has extensive experience in leading international project teams at Novartis and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and has contributed to regulatory affairs and programmatic priorities at the FDA and NIH. Jill holds a PhD in Molecular Pharmacology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a BA in Biochemistry from Barnard College of Columbia University.
