Sara Omer

Sara Omer is currently a Graduate Student at The Rockefeller University since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sara gained extensive experience at Amherst College from October 2020 to August 2023, serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, Community Advisor, Molecular Genetics Preparation Teaching Assistant, and Undergraduate Research Fellow (SURF). Additionally, Sara worked as a Student Office Assistant in the Amherst College Admissions Office from September 2019 to May 2023, and as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at The Rockefeller University during the summer of 2022. In June 2020, Sara participated in the STEM Incubator Program at Amherst College and served as a Sales Associate at Once Upon a Child from July 2017 to February 2020. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Amherst College, completed in 2023, following education at Cary High School from 2016 to 2019.
