Kelsey Kearns

Head of Customer Success at Rockerbox

Kelsey Kearns has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Kelsey began their career at The Posse Foundation as an Assistant to the Site Director in 2014. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Associate at KPMG. In 2018, they worked as a Graduate Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and as an Associate and Senior Associate at KPMG US in Management Consulting. In 2020, they joined Rockerbox as a Customer Solutions Manager, later becoming a Senior Customer Solutions Manager and then a Customer Solutions Team Lead.

Kelsey Kearns holds a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia | SIPA with a field of study in Urban and Social Policy. Kelsey also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Miami in International Studies and Political Science. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2019.
