Your Team 👥

You will report to our Head Of Revenue Operations and join the Operations team. On TheOrg you can view the complete structure of our organisation, including information about every team member, hiring managers and the size of each department.

Your Responsabilities ✏️ 

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will lead efforts to improve business processes, and enhance business processes, focusing on optimizing revenue generation, sales productivity, leveraging analytical skills to solve problems, leverage data to boost sales productivity, efficiency, and execution. Act as a central figure in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Product, Community, Customer Experience, Support, Operations, and executive management teams to align on and drive key business objectives. Support the go-to-market sales functions by partnering with various departments to execute business strategies and achieve key results. Apply expertise in sales methodologies and processes to enhance digital sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

Mandatory Hard Skills 🎯

  • 4+ years in Sales Administration/Operations;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Graduated in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related areas;
  • Experience with Sales performance, process metrics and data analysis;
  • Experience with designing processes (BPMN, Lean Methodology…);
  • Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies;
  • Experience in supporting the sales team daily regarding new business, systems, processes and questions (deal desk);
  • Experience with basic Agile methodologies;
  • Solid process orientation: You are a process geek, you love designing them, improving them, and continuously working to improve them;
  • Outcomes are driven with an extremely analytical & data-driven DNA;
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (manipulating data sets, building pivot tables, spotting trends/patterns in data to synthesize valuable insights).

Desirable Hard Skills 💕 

  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Hubspot and/or Apollo is desirable.

What You'll Do 🖥️

  • Map and evaluate existing revenue processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement;
  • Implement process improvements and automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks;
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of process changes, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency;
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and decision-making across the organization;
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align processes and performance metrics with broader business goals;
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on performance metrics, process improvements, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership;
  • Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure and drive sales effectiveness.
