Jennifer Steeves-Kiss

Jennifer Steeves-Kiss is the Chief Experience Officer of Rocket Central. In this role, Jennifer leads the Rocket Companies Platform and its corresponding business areas including Data Intelligence, Product Strategy, Marketing, Business Agility, Platform Technology, Rocket Money, Signals, Data, and Performance Marketing. Prior to this role, Jennifer was Chief Executive Officer of Dictionary.com where she focused on growing the company’s user base and improving user experience.

Before joining Rocket Companies in 2019, Jennifer spent 17 years at Proctor & Gamble, leading billion-dollar businesses and helping them drive key initiatives globally. Throughout her 25-year career, she has found her passion for building, shaping, and delivering amazing client experiences through the use of technology.

Jennifer earned her degree from Queens University.
