David Tindall

David Tindall has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an ERP System Support Specialist at Carhartt. David then moved to Burns & Wilcox in 2011 as a Business Analyst. In 2012, they joined Rocket Mortgage as the Director of Software Development until 2019. David then worked at Credit Acceptance as the Manager of IT Enterprise Services from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they became a Lean Agile Coach & Management Consultant at Ally until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Digital Product Management & Strategic Planning at Rocket Homes, starting in 2021.

David Tindall completed their education at two institutions. From 2005 to 2010, they attended the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Systems. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2015, David pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Management Information Systems at the University of Detroit Mercy.

In addition to their formal education, David has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager through the Pragmatic Institute and obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute. David continued to enhance their knowledge and skills by becoming a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master in 2019, a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager in 2019, and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) with the Scrum Alliance in 2020. Furthermore, David obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute in 2021 and the Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022.
