Genevieve Owyang

Genevieve Owyang is the VP of Marketing at Rocket Lawyer. Genevieve has over 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and growth marketing. Prior to joining Rocket Lawyer, Genevieve was the Director of Performance Marketing at realtor.com from October 2013 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for building the team and managing a $10M mobile budget, as well as overseeing cross-channel marketing including SEM, Display, Social, Video, Mobile Web-to-App, ASO and Retargeting.

In addition to their work in performance marketing, Genevieve also led the product marketing function at realtor.com, overseeing product launches and developing GTM channels. Genevieve was also responsible for leading the COVID marketing launch, which drove 100K visitors to the COVID site during launch weekend.

Genevieve is a thought leader in the field of mobile marketing and has spoken at numerous conferences including Mobile Growth Summit, Open Mobile & Digital Experience Summit, and Open Mobile Summit. Genevieve has also been interviewed as a contributing panel member for the eMarketer report, “Mobile App Installs: What You Need to Know About User Acquisition” (May 2018).

Genevieve Owyang received a Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Genevieve is also a Google AdWords Certified Consultant from the Google Mobile Academy.
