Zach Ouderkerken has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zach started their career as a Worship Director at Fullerton Free (EvFree Fullerton), where they led and planned services for a large intergenerational church and managed a team of volunteers. After that, they worked as a Web & UX Intern at the City of Garden Grove, gaining practical experience in web and user experience design.

In 2019, Zach joined Friends Church as a UI/UX Designer, where they contributed to the design and development of user interfaces. Zach also served as the Worship Director at Friends Church- Anaheim, leading and directing all services and making key strategic decisions.

From 2021 to 2023, Zach worked at Cappital, first as a Product Designer and then as the UI/UX Design Lead. Zach played a significant role in designing and improving the user experience for their products.
