Yvonne Lau

Yvonne Lau has a range of experience in data science and analysis. Yvonne started their career as a Research Assistant at Yale University, where they worked in the Economics department. Following that, they worked as a Summer Business Analyst at FALCONI Consultores de Resultado. In 2016, they joined Let's Get Ready as a Data Analyst. Yvonne then pursued a Data Science Fellowship at NYC Data Science Academy, during which they completed various projects involving data analysis, visualization, and machine learning. Yvonne later joined Rocketmiles, a Booking Holdings company, as a Data Scientist Intern and eventually progressed to Senior Data Scientist and ultimately became the Head of Data Science in 2020.

Yvonne Lau obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University, graduating in 2016. In 2014 to 2015, they participated in the International Chinese Language Program at National Taiwan University, where they studied intensive Mandarin. Additionally, they attended the Mandarin Summer Program at Princeton in Beijing in 2012. Yvonne completed their high school education at Colegio Militar do Rio de Janeiro from 2004 to 2010.
