Kaylee Yuhas

Kaylee Yuhas has been working in the software engineering industry since 2014. Kaylee began as a Student Researcher in Astrophysics at Ohio Wesleyan University Research Experience for Undergraduates, where they studied starspots on a star called LO Pegasi. In 2017, they became a Software Quality Assurance Intern and Software Developer Intern at Predictive Service. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at GenomOncology, where they expanded and maintained a REST API, added new features to a bioinformatics command-line tool, and fixed bugs throughout the applications. Kaylee also designed solutions that prioritize the runtime performance of important API endpoints, and led the development of new client-driven projects, heavily centered around the precision oncology matching APIs. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer at Circulo Health. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at RocketReach.

Kaylee Yuhas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Baldwin Wallace University from 2012 to 2016, and a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science from Cleveland State University from 2016 to 2018.
