Stephany Martelly

Stephany Martelly began their career in 2009 as a Retail Banking Teller Level 2 at TD. In 2011, they joined Apple as a Sales Specialist/Mentor and was responsible for introducing business customers with high level needs to the appropriate team members and contributed to the development of New Store Openings in Westchester and NJ. In 2013, they moved to Garyline as an Account Manager where they successfully worked with just under 200 assigned vendor and marketing accounts to fulfill promotional product orders daily. In 2014, they joined OnDeck as a Senior Partnerships Account Manager, where they were responsible for driving increased retention across a $6M book of business and mastering several skills including; pricing customization, contract negotiation, API integrations, & creating marketing collateral for leading accounts. In 2020, they joined Attune as a Senior Account Manager and was responsible for driving increased retention across a $2M book of business and successfully exceeded broker engagement goals within the first year by 20%. Finally, in 2022, they joined RocketReach as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager and is currently responsible for upsells and expansions of high value Enterprise clients by providing white glove service across various industry verticals and directly connecting with Chief Executives of Procurement, Recruitment and Sales teams.

Stephany Martelly obtained an Advanced Regents Diploma from Good Counsel Academy in 2006. Stephany then attended City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing in 2010. In 2011, Stephany completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Metropolitan College of New York. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and in 2022, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
