Wynne Brown has over 15 years of experience in sales and customer success. In 2012, they began their career as a Director of Customer Success & Support at Extole. Wynne then moved to BranchOut in 2011 as a Vertical Solutions Director. In 2005, they joined Monster as an Account Executive and was promoted to Director of Sales in 2008. During their time at Monster, they grew the book of business from just under $5M to over $25M and was recognized as Sales Person of the Year in 2008 for generating over $17M in revenue. In 2013, they joined Coupa Software as a Customer Success, West and then moved to Base CRM in 2014 as a Director of Sales. In 2016, they joined GitHub as a Director of Customer Success and then in 2017 they joined DocuSign as a Learning Services Director and Senior Director, Global Enablement & Success. In 2021, they joined Fable as a Head of Revenue, where they led the customer experience from prospect through success and translated needs into solutions and results with a phenomenal team. Later that year, they became a Customer Success Consultant. In 2023, they joined RocketReach as a Senior Director, Customer Sales & Success.

Wynne Brown obtained a BA in History from Middlebury College in 1993, graduating with Phi Beta Kappa honors. Wynne then went on to earn a MA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University in 1999. In 2020, they began an Executive MBA program at Quantic School of Business and Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
