Danita Locks has worked in the travel industry for over 15 years, beginning in 2005 as an Account Manager at BCD Travel. In 2006, they moved to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as Director of Enterprise Travel Services. Danita returned to BCD Travel in 2007, where they served as Global Program Manager for 15 countries, managing a $57M annual travel spend. In 2021, they joined Rocketrip as a Customer Success Manager. Throughout their career, they have cultivated long-term, high-yield relationships, consulted globally on policy, technology and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, and ensured operational efficiency.

Danita Locks has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University and a Master of Arts in Counseling Human Development and Leadership from Montclair State University.
