Richard Reardon

Richard Reardon is an experienced athletic technician currently working with Rockingham County, VA since December 2018, after a career shift from the private sector back into athletics. Previously, Richard held positions as project supervisor for installation and service at Eddie Edwards Signs, Inc., and operations manager at S&B Wines LLC. Richard's background includes significant experience in sports management at James Madison University, where roles ranged from assistant equipment room manager to graduate student in the equipment room. Richard's educational qualifications include a Master's of Science degree in Sports and Recreation Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Recreation Management, both from James Madison University. An early career internship with the Washington Redskins further contributed to Richard's diverse experience in recreation and sports management.
