Joseph Falco, LMFT has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and organizations. Joseph worked at Rockland Community College from 2008 to present, where they held positions such as Executive Director, Student Success, Adjunct Psychology/Sociology Professor, Coordinator, Connection Center, Academic Advisor, and Peer Mentoring Hourly Professional. In 2015, they started their own therapy practice, Tell Me More Therapy Joe Falco, LMFT, where they specialized in LGBTQ counseling. Joseph also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University from 2011 onwards and at Mercy College from 2017 to 2019. Joseph Falco, LMFT holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Fordham University, which was obtained from 1995 to 1999. Joseph later pursued a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from LIU Hudson, completing it from 2006 to 2008. In 2011 to 2013, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from LIU Hudson. Currently, Joseph is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Higher Education Leadership at Manhattanville College, expected to be completed by 2024. Joseph has also obtained additional certifications, including being a Clinical Fellow of the AMERICAN ASSOCIATION FOR MARRIAGE & THERAPY INC, and holding a NYS Student Success Center Coaching Academy Certificate from The State University of New York.
