Sandra Bleckman has worked in various roles throughout their career. Sandra started as a Senior Recruiter/Office Manager at Winters & Ross, Inc in 1995 and worked there until 2003. Sandra then joined the County of Bergen as an Assistant Personnel Officer, where they provided career development advice and placed job postings until 2011.

From 2007 to 2018, Sandra Bleckman worked at Clark University as an Alumni Admissions Interviewer, representing the university at college fairs and interviewing prospective students.

In 2012, Sandra Bleckman joined Equinox as a Membership Advisor, where they developed partnerships with local businesses and enrolled new members. Sandra worked there until 2013.

Sandra later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Administrative Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which they completed in 2009. Additionally, Sandra holds certifications in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Sandra has also completed a certification in Teaching Adult Learners from Camden County College.
