Sandra Bleckman

Sandra Bleckman has worked in various roles throughout their career. Sandra started as a Senior Recruiter/Office Manager at Winters & Ross, Inc in 1995 and worked there until 2003. Sandra then joined the County of Bergen as an Assistant Personnel Officer, where they provided career development advice and placed job postings until 2011.

From 2007 to 2018, Sandra Bleckman worked at Clark University as an Alumni Admissions Interviewer, representing the university at college fairs and interviewing prospective students.

In 2012, Sandra Bleckman joined Equinox as a Membership Advisor, where they developed partnerships with local businesses and enrolled new members. Sandra worked there until 2013.

From 2013 to 2019, Sandra Bleckman held various roles at Fairleigh Dickinson University, including Adjunct Professor and Director of Leisure & Hospitality Industry Partnerships & Talent Development Center. In these roles, they collaborated with employers in the Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism industries, developed certification and training programs, and facilitated job placements.

Sandra Bleckman then worked at Landmark Hospitality as the Vice President of Foundation Development & Relations from 2019 to 2020. In this position, they oversaw the Art of Hospitality Workers Alliance Foundation and secured grants for labor and training.

From 2020 to 2022, Sandra Bleckman was employed by NJ Community Colleges as the Senior Project Manager and later as the Director of Health Services Strategy & Workforce Partnerships. Sandra worked on employer outreach, partnerships, and workforce strategies.

Currently, Sandra Bleckman is the Director of Workforce Innovation & Industry Partnerships at Rockland Community College, starting in 2022.

Sandra Bleckman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clark University in 1993. Sandra later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Administrative Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which they completed in 2009. Additionally, Sandra holds certifications in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Sandra has also completed a certification in Teaching Adult Learners from Camden County College. In 2023, they obtained a Skilling America Navigator® Certification, the details of which are not provided.
