Leidy K. Pichardo

Leidy K. Pichardo, EdD, MS, MA has extensive work experience in the field of education.

They are currently serving as the Director of EOP & Workforce Student Success at Rockland Community College, starting in October 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at Bronx Community College as the Associate Director of College Discovery from January 2014 to November 2022.

Leidy K. Pichardo holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Northcentral University, which they are currently pursuing and is expected to complete in 2023. Leidy K. also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from The College of Saint Rose, obtained from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they hold a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Mercy University, obtained from 2004 to 2006. Leidy K. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Fordham University from 1997 to 2001. Leidy K. Pichardo has also obtained a certification in Micro-Credentialing: Supervisory Leadership: Maximizing Productivity & Staff Development from Innovative Educators in the year 2023.
