Victor Anaya

Victor Anaya, Ed.D, has extensive work experience in finance and administration. Victor currently holds the position of Vice President for Finance and Administration/Chief Financial Officer at Rockland Community College. Prior to this, they were the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary at Tenafly Public Schools and Norwood Public School/Board of Education. Victor has also held leadership roles in finance and technology at Niagara County Community College, Bergen Community College, and The City University of New York. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Finance/Controller at Sanford Brown Institute and Pan American World Airways Inc., and as the Finance Division Manager at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Victor holds a Doctorate in Education.

Victor Anaya, Ed.D. holds a Doctorate in Community College Leadership from National American University. Victor also has a Master's degree in Managerial and Operational Auditing from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from William Paterson University of New Jersey. In addition to their academic qualifications, Victor Anaya also holds various certifications, including the New Jersey Standard School Business Administrator Certificate and the Qualified Purchasing Agent (Q.P.A.) certification. Victor also has certifications as a New Jersey Elementary School Teacher in K-5 and as a Teacher of Comprehensive Business.
