Cassandra Brown

Cassandra Brown is a dedicated biochemist with extensive experience in immunology and quality control microbiology. Currently employed at Rockland Immunochemicals, Inc. since September 2021, Cassandra specializes in antibody purification and characterization, utilizing techniques such as ELISA and SDS PAGE. Prior to this role, Cassandra served as a QC Microbiologist at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and an Immunology Research Associate II at Covance, where responsibilities included preparing and purifying antigens and antibodies, interacting with clients on immunochemistry projects, and training fellow associates. Cassandra also held a position as a Chemistry and Biology Lab Assistant at Penn State University, gaining valuable experience in lab protocols and safety. Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Genetics from Penn State University, earned in 2015.
