Milot Rukiqi, MBA, CSCP has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and operations field. Milot is currently serving as the Senior Director - Production and Vivarium Operations at Rockland Immunochemicals, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations. Prior to this, Milot worked at Johnson & Johnson as the External Manufacturing Strategic Sourcing Manager - Procurement, where they led and managed multiple aspects of the strategic sourcing relationship with external manufacturing suppliers. Milot also served as the Global Technical Operations Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where they directed comprehensive operations of research and development functions. Milot has also worked at Merck as a Senior Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor, overseeing all logistics and operations of laboratory testing. Additionally, they co-owned and served as the general manager of ZANA D RISTORANTE, where they spearheaded vendor and supplier relations and orchestrated business improvement projects. Milot's expertise lies in manufacturing operations, strategic sourcing, and quality control.

Milot Rukiqi, MBA, CSCP, completed their education with a strong focus on supply chain management and business administration. Milot obtained their Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS Northern Colorado in 2019. Previously, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Management at DeSales University from 2008 to 2010. Milot Rukiqi also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry, with a minor in Biology, which they earned from DeSales University from 1997 to 2001.
