David Brown is an experienced commercial real estate appraiser and review expert with over 20 years of experience. David has held various roles throughout their career, including Chief Commercial Appraiser at Rockland Trust, where they provided expertise in real property valuation, managed organizational efficiency and processes, facilitated policy and procedure training, and ensured regulatory risk compliance. Prior to their role at Rockland Trust, David worked as a Senior Review Appraiser at Citizens and as a Senior Consultant at Keystone Consulting Group NE.

David Brown, AI-GRS has a diverse education history. From 1988 to 1992, they attended Worcester State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies/Affairs.
