Kathleen Hammond, CPM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Most recently, they served as the Director of Technology at Rockpoint Legal, where they played a vital role in gathering stakeholder requirements and compiling business requirements documentation. Kathleen also oversaw critical UI and UX processes to enhance user satisfaction. Prior to this, Kathleen worked as an Agile Product Manager at the same company. Before joining Rockpoint Legal, Kathleen held the position of Product Manager/Implementations Manager at SKILLS Global - Solutions for Behavioral Health for five years. In this role, they managed a team of professionals and oversaw implementation, technical support, and offshore development. Additionally, they took full control of the product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement. Kathleen started their career as a Music Teacher at The M.U.S.I.C. Foundation, where they designed and delivered comprehensive and engaging music instruction to students, incorporating various modalities to cater to different learning needs. Kathleen also remained updated on content standards and aligned their lesson plans accordingly. Prior to that, they worked as a Traveling Music Teacher at Los Angeles Unified School District, delivering music instruction and collaborating with classroom teachers to monitor student progress and advocate for the school's music program.

Kathleen Hammond, CPM has a diverse education history. Kathleen earned their Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance, General from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Music Performance, General from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, completing it from 2000 to 2002.

In 2003, Hammond decided to expand their educational expertise and obtained a California Teaching Credential in Music Teacher Education from Mount Saint Mary's University. Kathleen'spassion for education and music led their to pursue teaching certification.

Furthermore, Hammond has also acquired several certifications in the field of Product Management. In 2018, they obtained the Certified Product Manager certification from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management. Additionally, in 2017, they completed the Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing program offered by The 280 Group. Kathleen is also a member of AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management, which they joined in December 2017.
