Chas Guldemond

Chas Guldemond has extensive experience in the sports and fitness industry, currently serving as a personal trainer, online coach, and camp manager at The Shred Mentor LLC since June 2018. Chas has maintained a professional athlete status with multiple companies, including Saga Outerwear and Paul Mitchell since November 2016 and January 2013, respectively, as well as with Rockstar Energy Drink since January 2007. Chas launched a personal brand in March 2005, also encompassing athlete roles. Education credentials include a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, completed from 2016 to 2017, and attendance at Waterville Valley Academy from 2001 to 2004.
