Abhishek Misra

Abhishek Misra is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources leadership across various sectors. Misra currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Rockwell Automation in India and has previously held significant roles including HR Leader for India and Workday Change Management Lead for Asia Pacific. Additional experience includes serving as Head of HR for India Downstream at Shell, Head of HR for India and South East Asia in the OTC Division at Novartis India Limited, and Associate Director at Quintiles. Prior to these roles, Misra was an AVP in HR at Tata Consultancy Services. Misra holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute.
