Canninah Dladla

Canninah Dladla is the Managing Director and Country Sales Director for Africa at Rockwell Automation since June 2020, responsible for leading business initiatives in the Sub-Saharan African region. Previously, Canninah held key roles at GE Power, including Executive Director of Key Account and Business Transformation, focusing on major accounts like Eskom, and served as Strategic Account Executive where oversight of significant global accounts was achieved. Canninah's career includes positions at Schneider Electric as Vice President of Energy and Power, and as National Key Account Manager at ZEST WEG Group, showcasing a strong foundation in utilities and energy business development. Beginning in the electrical engineering sector with ABB, Canninah's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, coupled with leadership development training from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
