Kurt Molter

Kurt Molter is an experienced Senior Software Engineer at Rockwell Automation since October 2018, focusing on developing software for next-generation industrial control systems. With a robust background in software engineering, Molter previously held positions at Philips from 1994 to 2018, where roles included Software Development Engineer 4 and project lead for CT scanner software. Additional experience includes serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Life Time since 2009, leading weekly spinning classes, and coaching triathletes for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from 2002 to 2006. Molter began their career as a Design Engineer at Avtron Technologies and later worked as an R&D Engineer at Reliance Electric. Kurt Molter holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, earned in 1988.
