Robin Seavers

Robin Seavers, CPTD, currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager for Global Supply Chain at Rockwell Automation since June 2018, having previously worked as a Learning Consultant. Robin has a substantial background in academia, serving as a Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee from June 2005 to January 2020, where innovative course design was key. Prior experience includes roles such as Learning and Development Specialist at Molson Coors, Manager of Learning and Development at Cree, and Lead of Learning & Development at SC Johnson, focusing on developing training strategies and leadership capabilities for thousands of employees. Earlier career experience includes quality management and engineering positions at Tekra Corporation, Brady Corporation, and GE Healthcare. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Quality Systems Development and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, alongside certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
