Nick Wells

Nick Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational and project management within engineering and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant at SHIFT Accessible Homes and as Manager of Property, Procurement, and Fleet at Rocky Bay, Nick has previously held senior roles, including Regional Operations Director for Asia-Pacific at SNC-Lavalin and Operations Director at Atkins, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing regional performances related to Asset Integrity Management and Engineering. Nick's diverse background spans leadership positions in various capacities at Atkins and its subsidiaries, along with significant experience managing large teams in both Aerospace and Communications as well as IT sectors. Nick holds a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from the University of York and has completed leadership and management programs at Hult Ashridge and Atkins.
