Customer Experience Director at Rocky Mountain Bicycles

Annie Scopel has over 20 years of experience in customer service. Annie began their career in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative for Agropur. In 2003, they were hired by SportRack as a Logistics Manager and was later promoted to Customer Service Manager (Canada) following the acquisition by the Thule Group. Shortly after, they were promoted to Director of Customer for US and Canada after presenting a 90 day plan to transform the Customer Service experience. In 2017, they started their own consulting business, Annie Scopel Consulting, where they used metrics like CES (Customer Effort Score) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to identify opportunities to improve the customer and employee experience. In 2020, they were appointed as the Customer Experience Director for Rocky Mountain.

Annie Scopel obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Bishop's University between 1994 and 1997, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
