Sam Elmes

Sam Elmes has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Theirfirst job was as Store Manager at Midcoast Kayak, where they increased rental sales from $23.8K in 2006 to $31.1K in 2010 and managed tour reservations and organized tour schedules for six guides and two locations. In 2011, they became Youth Adventure Camp Director at Galena Lodge. From 2013 to 2015, they held multiple roles at The Elephant's Perch, including Marketing Coordinator, Bicycle Accessory Buyer, Rental Manager, and Sales. During this time, they also worked as Marketing and Events Coordinator at Friends of the Sawtooth Avalanche Center. In 2015, they became U.S. Ghost Bicycles Technical Representative at Verde Brand Communications. Lastly, from 2016 to the present, they have been working as Sales Representative - Intermountain West and Technical Representative at Rocky Mountain Bicycles.

Sam Elmes obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from the University of New Hampshire in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Hartwick College from 2006 to 2008, majoring in Economics.
