Marshall Starks

Marshall Starks is a seasoned professional with a background in military and project management. Currently serving as the Regional Director at the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation since September 2019, Starks previously held the position of Project Coordinator at PEO STRI from August 2018 to September 2019. Starks began military service as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army from May 2016 to August 2018. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned from 2012 to 2016.
